PT Social (“we”) at social.puneetthakkar.com helps creators schedule and publish videos to YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, and view analytics for those posts.

What we collect

• Sign-in details from Google, Facebook or Instagram: your name, email (when shared) and profile picture.
• Connected account data: channel, Page and Instagram account names and IDs, and the access tokens those services issue, so we can publish on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
• Content you upload: videos, titles, captions and tags. Videos are deleted from our server automatically a few days after publishing.
• Analytics: public metrics of the posts you publish through us (views, likes, comments) and follower counts.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: sign you in, publish the posts you schedule, and show you analytics. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it except with the platform you publish to.

YouTube API Services

We use YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access at any time at Google security settings. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

You can remove our access in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, or Instagram Settings → Apps and websites. See our data deletion instructions.

Your choices

Disconnect any account from the Accounts page; we immediately delete its tokens. To delete your whole account and data, use the data deletion page or email us.
